Mission Statement
Our mission for real estate transactions is to have the same attorney that oversaw the entire process of your transaction to accompany you to your closing eliminating the possibility of last minute “added charges” or hurdles that could jeopardize your deal. Any and all potential questions you may have will be addressed and answered by the attorney from Garcia & Associates PL that handled your file from the beginning. As the vast majority of our business comes from repeat clientele and referrals from satisfied clients, your relationship with our firm will not end at the closing table you are welcomed to contact us at anytime thereafter should you have any questions with which we may be of assistance.
Our Attorney
Rene J. Garcia Jr. – Mr. Garcia is a member of the Florida Bar and of the Bar of Washington D.C. He manages the day-to-day operations of the firm, directly supervises the firm’s dedicated transactional real estate department, and makes it a point to be present at every single closing conducted by the Firm. Mr. Garcia has been a resident of South Florida since 1988 and has over 10 years of practical work experience in the local real estate market encompassing various aspects of the industry, which many other real estate attorneys only know by having read about. As closing agent, Mr. Garcia has been involved in hundreds of real estate deals throughout South Florida. He is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Committee of the Florida Bar and is an agent of Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, Inc. Mr. Garcia obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Miami in only three years while a member of the university’s nationally acclaimed football team. Immediately after completing his undergraduate degree, Mr. Garcia received his Jurist Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law. Mr. Garcia began his career as an associate attorney with a South Florida boutique real estate law firm where he gained experience in nearly every type of real estate transaction as well learning how to administer the operation of a reputable real estate transactional law firm.
